Meridian Health has partnered with CSG for the development of their "Flexible Benefits" Open Enrollment campaign materials for over 5 years. The campaign design conveys a strong-suit of Meridian's benefits - their goal of a work/life balance. Photography blends actual Meridian employees with minimal stock images. A unique design challenge includes integrating the corporate entity with 4-5 subsidiaries & partner companies.

CSG originally designed and developed the campaign components and every year since refreshes creative and adjusts components to address current budgets and target audience needs. Typical components include direct mail postcards, letterhead and envelopes used for various mailings, brochures, tent cards and posters. The materials are used to promote, orchestrate and execute Meridian's annual open enrollment period for employee medical benefits.

The campaign has won a Gold and Silver Aster Award in 2010 and 2009 respectively.
