Five-series postcard campaign designed as a teaser to generate awareness of and interest in Heartland’s Merchant Bill of Rights (MBOR) program among retail merchants. Each postcard communicated a distinct “right” from the MBOR with a direct benefit link to the merchant. The final postcard in the series summarized all the “rights” with a call to action to contact Heartland for protection.
