Heartland Payment Systems needed a comprehensive communications campaign to launch "The Merchant Bill of Rights", a revolutionary customer-advocacy program aimed at small and mid-sized businesses. Part of the campaign included this web-based video featuring hand-drawn illustrations, an original music score and a voice-over featuring a professional voice actor.
