Evan Connolly

President & CEO

As President and CEO of Creative Strategy Group, Inc. Evan Connolly is responsible for the strategic planning, growth, development and management of the firm.

For over 20 years, Evan has provided marketing communications services to a wide range of companies, from start-ups to Fortune 500s. His experience includes developing and implementing strategic marketing communications plans, branding and corporate Identity programs, website development and online marketing strategies, corporate collateral, advertising campaigns, and annual reports for hundreds of public and private corporations, educational institutions, and non-profit organizations.

Evan is active in a number of business associations, including serving as President and Senior Advisory Board Member of National Investor Relations Institute, Philadelphia; Social Media Marketing and Analytics Group; Chief Marketing Officer network. Evan currently serves on the Board for Newtown Friends School. He received a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from The College of New Jersey.

Ken Poray

COO

As Chief Operating Officer, Ken is responsible for the agency's operations and sales management. In addition, Ken overseas several new service offerings for CSG, including web analytics, search engine marketing (SEM) ,and conversion analysis.

Ken began his career at Goldman Sachs where he was promoted to Vice President. After 8 years on Wall Street he left to complete his MBA in Marketing and Information Technology at New York University, Stern School of Business. During this time, Ken created an opportunity with MasterCard becoming proficient in the operational impact of web analytics. Ken combined these new skills with his past sales experiences at positions with Dell Computer, Deloitte Consulting, American Express and SAP. He has served as an advisor to several successful start-up businesses and provided expertise in analytics, reporting and measurement.

In addition, Ken has a degree in Business Administration from Trenton State College.

Michael Hetelson

President, CSG Pharmaceutical Division

Michael has worked with pharmaceutical communications, marketing, and training customers for almost 20 years. His creative vision, technology background, and pharmaceutical experience is a driving force behind CSG's growth in the healthcare industry. Michael has been involved in healthcare advertising and communications since graduating from Cornell University. His unique expertise in combining behavior sciences and innovative technology with proven business principles helps produce truly engaging and impactful solutions for leading pharmaceutical clients around the world.

Michael's hobbies include horseback riding, golf, sailing, and traveling. His charities include the Women's Health & Counseling Center in Somerset County, New Jersey, the United Way, and the Special Olympics.

Matt Learnard

VP Client Services

Matt joined CSG in 2003 and as Vice President oversees the Client Services department, strategic marketing direction, and handles day-to-day marketing and communications projects.

Prior to joining CSG, Matt led the account service teams at IGOR Communications for 5 years helping grow the business from a start-up to a full-service agency. Matt has more than 15 years of marketing communications experience in a range of industries.

Matt has directed marketing programs for the National Association of Broadcasters, was Director of Marketing for the City of Philadelphia's tourism initiatives under the leadership of the Mayer Edward Rendell at the Philadelphia Convention & Visitors Bureau and the Greater Philadelphia Tourism Marketing Corporation.

After college Matt spent four years with the Democratic National Committee as a fundraiser and as a Communications Director for the Democratic Governor's Association. He also served as an advance team member in the 1992 Democratic National Convention and Presidential Campaign.

Ameet Sheth

Creative Director, Digital Media

Ameet Sheth has been with Creative Strategy Group since 2000. As Creative Director, Ameet has won a Gold W3 Award for uniquely branded web video. Ameet’s careful color treatment, acute sense of design, keen sense of typography and stunning animation work has also earned him 2 Silver W3 Awards for overall aesthetics and navigation structure.

Ameet designs and executes interactive experiences across a wide range of platforms, while mentoring junior team members and assisting our interactive department in all projects across the board.

Ameet is well rounded in all aspects of business, client services and of course, design. He holds a Bachelors of Commerce with a degree in Business/Economics from University of Mumbai, Mumbai, India. He then went on to the Institute of Computer Animation & Design (ICAD), Mumbai, India where he earned his diploma in Broadcast Animation. To further enrich his industry expertise, Ameet attended The Art Institute of Philadelphia, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and holds a Degree in Specialized Technology, multimedia & web design.

Cindy Gassler

Associate Creative Director, Print

As the Associate Creative Director, Cindy oversees the daily operations of the Print Department. She provides creative direction and empowers the design team with conceptual ideas, while managing the work flow and resources within the department.

Cindy handles projects with global corporations, as well as small businesses, from concept through completion including client meetings and design presentations. It is her responsibility to create compelling designs for a range of projects including, but not limited to, corporate identity, annual reports, marketing collateral, direct mail, and web designs. She also provides art direction during photo shoots and press checks and maintains quality-control throughout the process.

Cindy enjoys brainstorming to discover innovative, clever and profitable ways to reach her clients’ target audience.

Cindy holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from Arcadia University.

Ari Kaplan

Associate Creative Director, Print

Ari has been with CSG since 2005, and has worked hands-on with a majority of our clients for projects ranging from national marketing campaigns to annual reports.

Ari understands the needs of our clients and account representatives and can deliver fast results under the most pressing circumstances. Over the years, Ari has helped CSG acquire awards for clients such as Liberty Property Trust, Cephalon, BMHC and UltraTech.

An honors graduate of Rutgers University, Ari brings a unique blend of print and web design experience to the table. Prior to joining CSG, he has worked as a Lead Designer for small to mid-size companies in e-commerce and pharmaceutical marketing. Ari has worked abroad as well as locally in a wide variety of mediums and displays a high level of creativity and leadership.
