Evan Connolly

President & CEO

As President and CEO of Creative Strategy Group, Inc. Evan Connolly is responsible for the strategic planning, growth, development and management of the firm.

For over 20 years, Evan has provided marketing communications consulting to a wide range of companies, from start-ups to Fortune 500s. His experience includes developing and implementing strategic marketing communications plans, branding and corporate Identity, website and interactive projects, corporate collateral, advertising campaigns, and annual reports for hundreds of public and private corporations, educational institutions, and non-profit organizations.

Evan is active in a number of business associations, including serving as President and Senior Advisory Board Member of National Investor Relations Institute, Philadelphia Chapter, the Entrepreneurial Forum of Greater Philadelphia and the Biotechnology Industry Organization. Evan currently sits on the Board for Newtown Friends School. He received a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from The College of New Jersey/Trenton State College.

Ken Poray

COO

As Chief Operating Officer, Ken is responsible for the agency's operations and sales management. In addition, Ken overseas several new service offerings for CSG, including web analytics, search engine marketing (SEM) ,and conversion analysis.

Ken began his career at Goldman Sachs where he was promoted to Vice President. After 8 years on Wall Street he left to complete his MBA in Marketing and Information Technology at New York University, Stern School of Business. During this time, Ken created an opportunity with MasterCard becoming proficient in the operational impact of web analytics. Ken combined these new skills with his past sales experiences at positions with Dell Computer, Deloitte Consulting, American Express and SAP. He has served as an advisor to several successful start-up businesses and provided expertise in analytics, reporting and measurement.

In addition, Ken has a degree in Business Administration from Trenton State College.

Hunter Landers

Senior Vice President

As Senior Vice President, Hunter oversees the agency's West Coast office and operations. He is responsible for new business development, client project coordination, and management of the West Coast team.

Hunter brings more than twelve years of experience in the marketing communications fields, and has worked with clients ranging from IPO start-ups to Fortune 500s in a variety of industries. Prior to joining CSG, Hunter was Regional Vice President for a large national marketing communications agency specializing in annual report design and production. He was responsible for the establishment of the agency's West Coast business and subsequently built it into a multi-million dollar, multi-office division. He began his career by founding, owning and managing a computer hardware reselling business in the great Philadelphia area.

In addition, he is an active member of numerous business organizations including the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI), Public Relations Society of America (PRSA), and Commonwealth Club. He has been a member of the NIRI Silicon Valley Board of Directors for more than 3 years.

Hunter graduated from Syracuse University with degrees in both Political Science and Logistics Management.

Matt Learnard

VP Client Services

Matt joined CSG in 2003 and as Vice President oversees the Client Services department, strategic marketing direction, and handles day-to-day marketing and communications projects.

Prior to joining CSG, Matt led the account service teams at IGOR Communications for 5 years helping grow the business from a start-up to a full-service agency. Matt has more than 15 years of marketing communications experience in a range of industries.

Matt has directed marketing programs for the National Association of Broadcasters, was Director of Marketing for the City of Philadelphia's tourism initiatives under the leadership of the Mayer Edward Rendell at the Philadelphia Convention & Visitors Bureau and the Greater Philadelphia Tourism Marketing Corporation.

After college Matt spent four years with the Democratic National Committee as a fundraiser and as a Communications Director for the Democratic Governor's Association. He also served as an advance team member in the 1992 Democratic National Convention and Presidential Campaign.
